How payment works
No deposit needed for day trips. You pay the full price to your driver when you meet. We accept cash or online payment.
For Alphard, Elf, Hiace and multi-day trips, we ask a small deposit to confirm the booking.
Pickup & no-shows
We confirm your booking on WhatsApp the day before. Your driver waits up to 30 minutes at the pickup point. If we can't reach you, the booking is cancelled.

What is included in the price?
The price covers a private car, an English-speaking driver and fuel for up to 10 hours, plus free help with your itinerary. Entrance tickets, parking and toll fees, meals and overtime are not included.
How does the 10-hour day work?
The 10 hours start at the agreed pickup time and end when you are dropped off, driving time included. The car and driver stay with you the whole time, and nobody else joins your trip.
What happens if we go over 10 hours?
Each extra hour costs 10% of your car's 10-hour price, from IDR 65,000 an hour. The rate for every car is on the Fleet page.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
