Price and what is included
What is included in the price?
The price covers a private car, an English-speaking driver and fuel for up to 10 hours, plus free help with your itinerary. Entrance tickets, parking and toll fees, meals and overtime are not included.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. You pay the same whether one person travels or every seat is taken.
How does the 10-hour day work?
The 10 hours start at the agreed pickup time and end when you are dropped off, driving time included. The car and driver stay with you the whole time, and nobody else joins your trip.
What happens if we go over 10 hours?
Each extra hour costs 10% of your car's 10-hour price, from IDR 65,000 an hour. The rate for every car is on the Fleet page.
How much should we budget for tickets and parking?
It depends on your route. Most temples and waterfalls charge an entrance fee per person, and parking is a small fee at each stop. Send us your plan and we will tell you what to expect before you book.
Booking and payment
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, the number of passengers and your pickup area. We confirm the plan and your pickup time on WhatsApp, and confirm your booking again the day before.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit needed for day trips. You pay the full price to your driver when you meet. For Alphard, Elf, Hiace and multi-day trips, we ask a small deposit to confirm the booking.
How do I pay?
You pay the full price to your driver when you meet. We accept cash or online payment. For Alphard, Elf, Hiace and multi-day trips, we ask a small deposit to confirm the booking.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days ahead is usually enough. For July, August, Christmas and New Year, or if you need a luxury car or a van, book as early as you can.
On the day
Does the driver wait for us at each stop?
Yes. The car is yours for the day, so your driver waits while you visit, eat or swim, for as long as you like within your 10 hours.
Can we change the plan during the day?
Of course. Add a stop, skip one or stay longer somewhere. Your driver will tell you if a change affects how much fits in the day.

Which car do I need?
Count your passengers and check the guide on the Fleet page. Bringing luggage? Tell us on WhatsApp and we'll recommend the right car.
Airport transfers
Can you pick us up at the airport?
Yes. Send us your flight number when you book. Airport transfers are a paid service: ask us for a quote for your hotel. If you book a full day, the 10 hours start when the car leaves the airport.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number, so your driver comes for the time you actually land. You do not pay extra for a delayed flight.
Special trips
Do you offer multi-day trips?
Yes, many guests keep the same driver for several days. Long trips that need an overnight stay have an extra charge, which we agree with you on WhatsApp.
Can you take us to Nusa Penida?
