When you message us on WhatsApp. This website has no booking form. If you tap a WhatsApp button, the WhatsApp app opens with a message you can edit before sending. We then receive what you choose to send: your name and phone number as shown in WhatsApp, your travel dates, group size, pickup area and anything else you tell us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to the app.
When you browse this website. If you accept cookies, we use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google's, to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can change your choice at any time in .
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the site and keep it secure.

- Our drivers, who receive the details they need for your trip: your name, pickup place and time, and a contact number.
- Service providers that process data for us: Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (WhatsApp) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some of them process data outside your country.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking messages for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is kept for the period set in the tools, after which it is deleted or made anonymous.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or limit how it is used. To do so, write to baliholidaytrip.travel@gmail.com. We answer every request.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
